The VSA Medical & Laboratory suction systems were developed to
provide simple trouble free service for Medical Hospitals, Day
Procedure Centres, Dental Clinics and Teaching Facilities and comply
fully with AS2896.
1. The vacuum receiver is manufactured from Australian mild steel
and fabricated in accordance with AS1210 governing pressure vessels.
2. The pumping units are high quality DVP oil lubricated single
stage air cooled vacuum pumps with CE marking.
3. All fittings are made of 304 stainless steel or industrial
quality brass.
4. The flexible hose connecting the pumps to the receiver is spiral
reinforced food grade PVC secured with stainless steel heavy duty
bolt style hose clamps.
5. All pumps are connected to the receiver via high quality brass
ball valves allowing the pumps to be serviced or removed without
interruption to the system.
6. Each pump is fitted with anti-vibration mounts to minimize and
vibration or noise transfer.
7. A 100mm diameter stainless steel cased vacuum gauge offers clear
pressure indication.
8. The PLC based electrical control system is state of the art using
the finest quality components and offers unrivalled control features
not yet adopted by other manufacturers. These include:

9. The complete system has clear labels and
warning signs.
10. A comprehensive operators manual is supplied which includes
electrical circuit diagrams, PLC program, exploded view spare parts
lists and bill of material.
11. Other front panels indicators are hour run meters for each pump
and pump running indicator lamps for each pump
